The team that brought the Bay Area one of its most vibrant Thai restaurants is expanding. The owner and the chef-partner behind Jo’s Modern Thai in Oakland are set to open a brunch restaurant next month. The Peach, at 3257 Lakeshore Ave. near Lake Merritt, will serve American breakfast classics with Asian twists — much like the food at Jo’s, which is known for its punchy, Californian-Thai personality.
